Refurbiz Seller Warranty is provided by Refurbiz / VLE Store and is separate from any brand or manufacturer warranty. No manufacturer warranty is promised unless it is clearly mentioned on the product page or invoice.
- Covered functional defects under normal use
- Hardware failure not caused by misuse, tampering or damage
- Charging, display, keyboard, touchpad, port or basic functional issues where applicable
- Tested functions not working properly during the seller warranty period
- Eligible functional issues confirmed after inspection by Refurbiz or its service process
- Physical damage, broken screen, dents, cracks or accidental damage
- Liquid damage, moisture damage, burn marks or electrical surge damage
- Unauthorized repair, part replacement, modification or tampering
- Battery ageing, battery backup variation or normal battery wear
- Software, virus, operating system, password, account lock or customer-installed application issues
- Consumables such as ink, toner, cartridges, cables, covers, packaging or accessories unless specifically stated
Warranty resolution is generally provided through repair or replacement where applicable. Cash refund is not the standard remedy under seller warranty unless specifically approved by Refurbiz in exceptional cases.
Warranty starts from the date of delivery and applies only to eligible products carrying seller warranty.
Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, marks, minor discoloration, packaging variation and signs of prior usage are normal for refurbished products unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Warranty does not guarantee replacement with the exact same model, colour, batch, packaging or accessory set. Equivalent replacement or repair may be provided where applicable.
