Refurbiz offers a fixed 6-month seller warranty on eligible products to provide buyers with added confidence and post-purchase support.
Eligible products sold on Refurbiz come with a fixed 6-month seller warranty from the date of delivery, unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
This warranty covers functional defects that occur under normal use during the active warranty period.
- Hardware malfunction arising during normal usage
- Functional issues not caused by customer damage
- Internal faults verified by our support or inspection process
- Physical damage after delivery
- Broken screen, cracked body, bent frame, or impact damage
- Water or liquid damage
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Battery backup variation due to normal long-term usage, unless separately covered
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, or signs of use
- Software issues caused by third-party apps, viruses, unofficial firmware, or user modifications
- Unauthorized repairs or opening of the product by any third party
- Missing accessories, chargers, cables, or other non-covered bundled items unless specifically included under warranty
Products may have minor cosmetic signs. Cosmetic condition is separate from warranty coverage and does not affect the validity of functional warranty claims.

After receiving the request, our team may ask for photos, videos, remote verification, troubleshooting details, or return inspection before approving the claim.
For approved warranty claims, Refurbiz may provide one of the following resolutions depending on the issue and product availability:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement of the product
- Replacement with a similar product of equivalent value or specification
- Partial or full refund, where repair or replacement is not feasible
No unnecessary hidden charges are applied for approved warranty handling. Any exception, if applicable, will be communicated clearly before processing.
- The product must not be physically damaged after delivery
- The product must not be tampered with or repaired by an unauthorized person
- The serial number, IMEI, stickers, or identification markings must not be removed or altered
- The issue must be reported within the active warranty period
This is a seller warranty offered by Refurbiz and not a manufacturer warranty unless specifically stated on the product page. Warranty coverage is limited to the product sold and does not extend to indirect losses, data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages.
All warranty claims are subject to verification, inspection, and approval. Refurbiz reserves the right to determine whether the reported issue falls within warranty coverage based on the policy terms.
