14-Day Return Window
Customers can request a return, replacement or refund within 14 days from the date of delivery for eligible cases. This applies to products that are defective, wrong, damaged in transit, missing listed accessories, or not as described in the product listing.
Requests raised after 14 days of delivery are not eligible under this return policy. If the product carries warranty, eligible functional issues after the return window may be handled under the warranty policy.
What is Eligible for Return
Returns may be accepted for the following reasons, subject to product category, inspection and listing details:

- Minor cosmetic marks already disclosed in listing
- Change of mind, buyer’s remorse or compatibility not checked by customer

Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following conditions:

Refurbiz arranges reverse pickup for approved return requests where courier pickup is serviceable. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, our support team will guide you with the available return process.
Refund Policy
Replacement is preferred where possible. Refund is issued if replacement is unavailable, the product qualifies for refund, or refund is approved after product inspection. Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes verification.

Important — Product Condition: Refurbiz sells refurbished, renewed, open-box and used-tested electronics. Product appearance, grade, accessories, packaging, battery performance and warranty may vary by listing. Minor cosmetic signs such as scratches, marks or normal signs of use that are disclosed on the product page do not qualify as defects.
Hygiene-Sensitive Products: Earphones, earbuds, neckbands, massagers and similar personal-use products are returnable only for defective, wrong, damaged or not-as-described cases. Used hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for preference-based returns.
Storage Devices: HDD, SSD, RAM and similar storage products are tested for functionality where applicable. Refurbiz is not responsible for customer data, data loss, data recovery or software installed by the customer.
Unboxing Video
An unboxing video is strongly recommended, especially for damage in transit, wrong product, missing accessories or tampered package claims. It helps verify the package condition and speeds up the resolution process.

Inspection & Decision
All return requests are subject to product verification and quality inspection based on this policy, product listing details and evidence shared by the customer. If a request is rejected, Refurbiz will share the reason for rejection with the customer.
