Products & Condition
Are all products on Refurbiz refurbished?
Refurbiz sells refurbished, renewed, open-box and used-tested electronics. Some accessories may also be new or compatible accessories if clearly mentioned on the product page. Please check the product title, description, condition and warranty details before purchasing.
What type of products does Refurbiz sell?
Our catalogue may include mobiles, laptops, printers, earphones, neckbands, earbuds, keyboard, mouse, HDD, SSD, RAM, massagers, mobile accessories, laptop accessories, printer accessories and other electronics. Product condition and warranty may vary by category and listing.
What does refurbished mean?
Refurbished means the product was previously owned or opened, then inspected, cleaned where applicable, tested and made functional for resale. It is not sold as a brand-new sealed product unless the product page clearly says so.
What does used-tested mean?
Used-tested means the product has been previously used and tested for basic functionality before dispatch. It may show signs of previous use. Used-tested products may not have the same cosmetic condition, packaging or accessories as a new product.
What does open-box mean?
Open-box means the product packaging may have been opened or the product may have been handled, checked or returned earlier. The product may be unused or lightly used depending on the listing. Please check the product page for exact condition.
Will the product have scratches or marks?
Depending on the product condition and grade, items may have minor cosmetic signs such as scratches, marks, dents or normal signs of previous use. Cosmetic condition, where applicable, will be mentioned on the product page. Cosmetic marks that match the listed condition are not treated as defects.
Are product images actual product photos?
Product images may be representative unless the product page clearly states that actual product images are shown. Actual appearance, packaging and cosmetic condition may vary based on product grade, availability and category.
Will I receive original brand accessories?
Not always. Refurbished, open-box and used-tested products may include compatible accessories instead of original brand accessories. Accessories such as charger, cable, adapter, dongle, eartips, cartridge, toner or other items are included only if mentioned on the product page.
Will I get the original box?
Original brand box may not be available for refurbished or used-tested products. Products may be shipped in secure plain packaging, Refurbiz packaging or available box packaging unless original box is specifically mentioned on the product page.
Are products tested before dispatch?
Yes. Products are checked for basic functionality before dispatch. Testing may vary by category, such as display and charging checks for mobiles, boot and keyboard checks for laptops, print/function checks for printers, sound and charging checks for audio products, and health/function checks for storage devices.
Battery & Electronics
Will refurbished mobiles and laptops have brand-new battery backup?
No. Battery-operated refurbished, renewed, open-box and used-tested products may not provide the same battery backup as a brand-new product. Battery backup may vary depending on product age, usage history, product category and condition grade.
Are batteries tested before dispatch?
Battery-operated products such as mobiles, laptops, earbuds, neckbands and wireless accessories are tested for charging and basic battery performance before dispatch. Exact battery health or backup is mentioned only where available or applicable.
Are earbuds, neckbands and massagers returnable?
Hygiene-sensitive products such as earphones, earbuds, neckbands and massagers are eligible for return or replacement only if they are defective, wrong, damaged or not as described. Preference-based returns may not be accepted for used hygiene-sensitive products.
Orders & Placement
How do I place an order on Refurbiz?
Browse the product, review the condition, warranty, accessories and return information, add the product to cart and complete checkout using an available payment method. You will receive order confirmation after successful payment or COD verification where applicable.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order modifications are not guaranteed once placed. Contact support immediately at support@refurbiz.in or 9211245700 and we will try to accommodate changes before dispatch, where possible.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If already delivered, return or replacement eligibility will be handled as per the published return policy and product category.
What happens if my order is cancelled by Refurbiz?
If Refurbiz cancels your order due to stock unavailability, serviceability issue, verification issue, pricing error or operational reason, eligible prepaid payment will be refunded to the original payment method within the applicable refund timeline.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 0–2 business days and typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time is usually 2–7 business days from order placement, depending on product checking, location and courier serviceability.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping is available on eligible orders. Any shipping charge, handling charge or special delivery charge, if applicable, will be shown on the product page or at checkout before order confirmation.
Do you deliver across India?
We aim to deliver across India. Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability for your specific pin code. If your location is not serviceable, you may be notified at checkout or after order placement.
Will I get tracking details?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared via SMS, email, WhatsApp, order page or customer support depending on availability.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If the package appears tampered, damaged, wet, broken or resealed at delivery, record a clear unboxing video before opening and contact support within 24 hours at support@refurbiz.in or 9211245700 with photos, video and order ID.
What if I miss the delivery?
The courier partner may attempt redelivery depending on its process. Repeated failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, customer refusal or unreachable phone number may result in return-to-origin and order cancellation.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return window?
You can raise a return, replacement or refund request within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to product category, condition and return eligibility mentioned on the product page and return policy.
What reasons are accepted for return?
Eligible reasons include defective or non-functional product, wrong product delivered, damaged product, product not as described, or missing accessories that were specifically mentioned in the listing. Change of mind or cosmetic marks already disclosed in the listing may not be eligible.
Is return pickup free?
For approved returns, Refurbiz may arrange reverse pickup where serviceable. If reverse pickup is not available for your pin code, our support team will guide you with the next steps as per policy.
Will I get a refund or a replacement?
Where possible, Refurbiz may offer replacement first. Refund may be processed if replacement is not available or if the case qualifies for refund under the return policy. All return outcomes are subject to product inspection.
How long does the refund take?
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and passes inspection. Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary after refund initiation.
What condition must the product be in for return?
The product must be returned in the same condition as received, with all included accessories, invoice, packaging where available, and without new physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repair, misuse or tampering.
Do I need an unboxing video?
An unboxing video is strongly recommended, especially for damage in transit, missing accessory or wrong product claims. It helps verify the package condition and resolve the request faster.
Can I return a product for cosmetic reasons?
Minor cosmetic marks, scratches or signs of use that match the listed grade or product condition are not eligible for return. If the cosmetic condition is significantly different from the product description, contact support within the return window.
How do I raise a return request?

Warranty
What warranty do products come with?
Eligible products come with Refurbiz seller warranty. The exact warranty period and coverage may vary by product category and will be mentioned on the product page. No manufacturer warranty is promised unless clearly stated.
Do all products have 6-month warranty?
Not necessarily. Some refurbished mobiles, laptops and printers may carry up to 6 months seller warranty, while accessories, audio products, storage devices, massagers, consumables or open-box items may have different warranty terms depending on the listing.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranty generally covers functional defects under normal use, subject to the warranty terms mentioned on the product page. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, software issues, consumables, battery ageing or issues caused by customer handling unless specifically covered.
Will I get a refund under warranty?
Warranty claims are usually resolved through repair or replacement. Refunds are normally handled only within the return window and as per the return/refund policy.
What is the difference between return policy and warranty?
Return policy applies within the stated return window for eligible defective, wrong, damaged or not-as-described products. Warranty applies after the return window only if the product carries warranty and the issue is covered under the warranty terms.
How do I claim warranty?
Contact support with your order ID, invoice, product details and issue description. Our team may ask for photos, videos or troubleshooting steps before arranging repair, replacement or further inspection.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
Available payment methods may include UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking, wallets where available, and Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. Payment options shown at checkout may vary by product, order value and location.
Is it safe to pay on Refurbiz?
Payments are processed through secure payment gateway options. Refurbiz does not store sensitive card details on its own systems. Please check the final payable amount before completing payment.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What should I do?
If your payment failed but the amount was debited, it may be reversed by the bank/payment gateway within the normal reconciliation period. If unresolved, contact us at support@refurbiz.in with transaction details.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD availability may vary by product, order value, delivery pin code and risk checks. If COD is not available for a particular order, prepaid payment options will be shown at checkout.
Are all prices in INR?
Yes. All prices on Refurbiz are listed in Indian Rupees. Please review product price, taxes, shipping charges if any, and final payable amount before completing the order.
