By accessing, browsing, using Refurbiz.in or placing an order on the website, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions along with all applicable policy pages available on the website.

Refurbiz is a brand operated by VLE Store, a GST-registered business based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Business and customer support details are available on the Contact Us page and website footer.

Refurbiz primarily sells refurbished, renewed, open-box, used-tested products and accessories. All products on Refurbiz are refurbished unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product listing.

Refurbished products are not brand-new products unless the product listing clearly states otherwise. Customers should read product titles, descriptions, condition details, warranty details, specifications and included accessories before placing an order.

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee fulfilment. Orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation, verification, serviceability, pricing accuracy and acceptance by Refurbiz.

• Order confirmation may be sent after successful payment or COD verification where applicable.
• Refurbiz may refuse or cancel orders for valid reasons such as stock unavailability, payment failure, pricing error, address/serviceability issue, suspicious activity, duplicate order, or policy misuse.
• If an accepted prepaid order is cancelled by Refurbiz, eligible refund will be processed as per the applicable cancellation/refund policy.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, mobile number, email, shipping address, pin code and invoice details at the time of order.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments must be completed through the available payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment confirmation or COD verification where applicable.

• Final payable amount, including product price, applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges if any, is shown before order confirmation/payment.
• Any failed, pending or duplicate payment will be handled as per the Payment Policy and refund process.
• Refurbiz is not responsible for delays caused by bank server issues, payment gateway downtime, incorrect payment details or customer-side technical errors.

Shipping, dispatch timelines, delivery estimates, courier serviceability, delivery attempts and shipping-related limitations are governed by the Shipping Policy available on the website.

Returns, replacements, refunds and warranty claims are governed by their respective policy pages. Customers must follow the eligibility conditions, timelines, evidence requirements and inspection process mentioned in those policies.

• Manufacturer warranty is not included unless clearly mentioned on the product page.
• Physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, tampering, unauthorized repair and normal wear and tear are not covered under seller warranty.
• Refunds are processed only after approval and inspection wherever applicable.
• Product-specific warranty or return terms mentioned on the product page will apply to that product.

• Provide accurate and complete customer, shipping, billing and contact information when placing orders.
• Read product condition, specifications, warranty, return eligibility and included accessories before purchase.
• Inspect the product immediately upon delivery and report issues within the return window.
• Record an unboxing video where possible, especially for damaged, wrong, missing accessory or tampered package claims.
• Do not misuse, tamper with, modify, repair or attempt to exploit the product, website or support process.
• Do not make false claims, fraudulent returns, chargeback misuse or misrepresentation of product condition.

Customers must use Refurbiz.in only for lawful purposes. Misuse of the website, unauthorised access attempts, scraping, fraudulent orders, false claims, abuse of offers, interference with website operations or violation of applicable laws is not permitted.

• We try to keep product information, prices, images, specifications and availability accurate and updated.
• Minor errors, typographical mistakes, image variations or stock changes may occur and may be corrected when identified.
• Product availability is subject to stock at the time of order processing.
• Reference prices, discounts and offers may vary based on product condition, stock, category, market availability and promotional period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Refurbiz's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased by the customer. Refurbiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from product use, delivery delay, misuse, data loss, business loss or third-party service issues.

• Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, incorrect address, customer unavailability or force majeure events.
• Damage, loss or malfunction caused by customer misuse, mishandling, unauthorised repair, liquid damage or physical damage after delivery.
• Issues arising from third-party services such as payment gateways, banks, courier partners, brand service centres or external websites.
• Data loss, software issues or customer-installed software on laptops, storage devices, mobiles or similar electronics.

These Terms should be read together with all policy pages available on Refurbiz.in. If any product-specific terms are mentioned on a product page, those terms will apply to that product along with the general policies.

Refurbiz may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in business operations, website features, policies or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after any update means acceptance of the revised terms.
