Refurbiz performs product checks before dispatch to ensure that the product is suitable for sale and matches the key details mentioned in the product listing.

For products that may store customer data, such as mobiles, laptops, computers, HDDs and SSDs, Refurbiz performs reset or data wipe where applicable before dispatch. Customers should also check and set up the device with their own account after delivery.
Battery-operated products such as mobiles, laptops, earbuds, neckbands and wireless accessories are tested for charging and basic battery response where applicable. Battery health, backup and charging cycle performance may vary because the product may be refurbished, renewed, open-box or used-tested.
Before dispatch, included accessories are checked against the product listing. Refurbished, renewed, open-box and used-tested products may not include original brand box or original brand accessories unless clearly mentioned on the product page.
Products are checked for visible cosmetic condition and basic functional condition before dispatch. Grade or condition type, where applicable, reflects the overall cosmetic and usage condition of the product.
Refurbiz performs practical quality checks before dispatch, but testing may not cover every possible usage condition, long-term usage scenario, third-party software, customer-installed apps, external accessories, network conditions or future wear and tear.
If a product does not pass final checking before dispatch, Refurbiz may delay dispatch, replace the unit with another suitable unit, contact the customer, or cancel the order and process an eligible refund as per policy.
If a product is defective, wrong, damaged or not as described after delivery, customers can raise a request as per the Return & Refund Policy within the return window. Warranty applies only where seller warranty is clearly mentioned on the product page.
