Customers can request cancellation of an order before it is shipped.
In such cases, customers can use the Return Policy after delivery.

If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch:
Prepaid Orders: Full refund to original payment method
COD Orders: No charges applicable
Refurbiz reserves the right to cancel any order under the following situations:
- Product out of stock
- Pricing error
- Suspicious or fraudulent transaction
- Incomplete customer information
- Serviceability issues
- Repeated COD order rejections
If an order is cancelled by Refurbiz after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Customers are advised to review product details before placing orders to avoid unnecessary cancellations.
All cancellation requests are subject to order status and verification. Refurbiz reserves the right to approve or decline cancellation requests based on operational conditions.
