Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes — Before Dispatch
You can request cancellation before your order is dispatched or handed over to the courier partner. Customers should raise the request as early as possible with the order ID and cancellation reason.
No — After Dispatch
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. After delivery, return or replacement eligibility will be handled as per the Return & Refund Policy.
How to Cancel

Customers can request cancellation using the contact details available on our Contact Us page and website footer. Please share your order ID and cancellation reason as early as possible. We will check the current order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

Refund on Customer Cancellation

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch and the cancellation is approved, the eligible paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method or another approved refund method within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval. Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.

COD Order Cancellation

Cash on Delivery availability may depend on product type, order value, delivery pin code and risk checks. Repeated COD cancellations, refusals or failed deliveries may result in COD being disabled for future orders.

Pre-Dispatch Product Checking

For refurbished, renewed, open-box and used-tested products, Refurbiz may perform final quality checking, accessory matching, packaging and verification before dispatch. If the product does not pass internal checks or the correct accessory/condition is not available, Refurbiz may cancel the order and issue an eligible refund.

Product Condition Reminder: Refurbiz sells refurbished, renewed, open-box, used-tested and compatible electronics/accessories. Product condition, warranty, accessories, packaging and return eligibility may vary by listing. Please review the product page carefully before placing your order.
After Dispatch: Cancellation may not be possible once the order is handed over to the courier partner. If the product is defective, wrong, damaged or not as described after delivery, you may raise a return request as per the Return & Refund Policy.
Final Decision

All cancellation requests are subject to order status verification, dispatch status, payment status and operational conditions at the time of the request. If a cancellation request is declined, Refurbiz will inform the customer with the reason where applicable.
