If your payment was debited but the order was not confirmed, the amount will be auto-refunded within 5–7 business days by your bank or payment provider. If unresolved after 7 days, contact us at support@refurbiz.in with your transaction ID and we will assist you.

If an order is cancelled by Refurbiz due to stock unavailability or a pricing error, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refund is issued via UPI or bank transfer.
