Returns/Replacements Policy

At Refurbiz, we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. To uphold this commitment, we offer a 7-day return period starting from the date of delivery. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our product, we gladly accept return or replacement requests, provided the product remains unused and is in the same condition as when delivered. We encourage customers to thoroughly review each deal before making a purchase, as it contains detailed information about the services or products.


Customers have the flexibility to return or replace an order depending on the product. In the event that a customer refuses an order upon delivery, resulting in its return to the origin, a refund will be issued after deducting courier charges and payment gateway fees.


Return and Exchange Guidelines


Before initiating a return or exchange request on the Refurbiz platform, please ensure that the product being returned or exchanged:


Is in its original condition, including all packaging such as brand/manufacturer’s box/packaging, tags, warranty cards, and other accessories.

Has not been damaged while in your possession.

Remains unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (where applicable).

Has not been used or altered.

Is the same product as originally delivered.

Is returned within the specified return window as indicated on the product detail page.

Refund Process


Refunds can be processed in the following ways:


Receive a refund in the Refurbiz wallet as soon as the product reaches us (fastest).

Refund via the original payment mode for all prepaid orders.

Refund to the bank account for Cash on Delivery orders.

Refund Timelines


Once a refund is initiated by Refurbiz, the credited time to your bank account may vary:


UPI: 1 day

Net Banking: 1-4 days

Credit Card: 1 to 7 days

Debit Card: 7 to 10 days

Cancellations

Please be aware that there are certain orders that we may be unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Reasons for order cancellation may include limitations on quantities available for purchase and inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.


Orders can be canceled before they are shipped from our warehouse. Once an order is shipped, the cancellation process involves coordination with our logistics partners, taking approximately 24 hours, and in some cases, delivery attempts may have been made.


After delivery, our return policy guides further actions. Any return or replacement requests after the 7-day return period will not be entertained.

Refund and Replacement Discretion


Refurbiz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse refund or replacement for reasons including but not limited to:


(i) Fraud or malpractice committed by the user and detected by Refurbiz at any point.


(ii) Any other reason deemed fit by Refurbiz.


Note: No returns/refunds are applicable on RD and Digital Services.

Dispute Resolution


All disputes are subject to Haryana jurisdiction. Goods once sold will only be taken back or exchanged following the Refurbiz exchange/return policy. The company will not bear charges for legal notices and will not entertain legal notices for order-related issues.

Please note that all customer claims and requests for return/refund are subject to Refurbiz's satisfaction. Refurbiz reserves the right to amend, change, modify, add, or remove any portion of this policy at any time without prior written notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review this policy for any updates or changes.
